- Coaches Meeting: 7:45 to 8:15 AM
- Start of Competition: 8:30 AM

- St. John's Institute Sports Pavilion
- 50 meters pool
REGISTRATION
- This event is open to all Swimming School Teams and Swimming Clubs in good standing
- Swimmers must submit verifiable times.
- Swimmers who do not submit a seed time will be marked as "No Time" (NT) and will be placed in the earlier heats.
- All entries must be submitted using the OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM and WAIVER, must be signed by the respective coaches for TM FILE.
Age Group - CLASS A B C (Boys and Girls)
- 7 to 8 years old
- 9 to 10 years old
- 11 to 12 years old
- 13 to 14 years old
- 15 and OVER
AGE OF RECKONING
- Age as of the date of the competition May 10, 2025 | Saturday
- Coaches are responsible for ensuring that all ages entered are accurate and correct. It is the Coach’s duty to verify the swimmer’s birth date, age, event number, and seed time for accuracy.
ENTRIES
- Entry Fee: P1,200
- Free VIEW Swim cap for all swimmers paid entries.
- Maximum of 5 individual events and 1 relay are allowed per swimmer.
- Coach Incentives: 100 pesos per swimmer
- Deadline for submission of entries is May 3, 2025
RULES
- All participating swimmers should have accomplished/signed waiver. NO WAIVER NO PLAY
- Time Finals.
- Philippine Aquatic Inc. rules shall apply
- FINA and World Aquatics (WA) rules shall apply.
- Protest(s) must be lodged in writing addressed to the Meet Referee within 30 minutes from the time alleged infraction was committed.
- Protest must be represented by the COACH ONLY with a Protest Fee of P2,000.
